I just opened my BBQ sauce to taste it . Just couldn't wait! My hubby tasted it too and we both loved it!

(from Lois: NEW PRODUCT. I am making BBQ sauce that is sweetened with honey, molasses, and Stevia. NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP IN IT)
October 18, 2022 I made a dish this week with Lois' cranberry walnut bread! It's Apple Bread Pudding. I thought her bread would give it a better taste and I was right. Just apples and cinnamon in the greased dish. Then the bread cut up and dumped on top and milk and eggs over that. It was wonderful! Thanks for that BEST BREAD IN THE WORLD!

I wanted to let you know, so far so good. I've had the Rye bread and the Cranberry Walnut with no reaction that I am aware of. I am so thrilled and lamenting I did not make a point of seeing you sooner. 😔 God has perfect timing though.

(from Lois: Janet stopped by my bread booth at Life Preserver on Sept. 9. She was not familiar with my breads and she told me she can't eat most bread. I shared with her how customers who have stomach isses are able to eat it, since it is made from a chemical free grain that I mill into flour. She was hesitant to try it but bought 2 loaves. She would know soon if it bothered her stomach. As she said "so far, so good.")

I just wanted to let you know that my family and I moved to Brainerd last September and It became a quick habit of stopping by your house on Fridays after school, as we lived just up the road. We very much enjoyed your healthy and delicious baked goods. We will miss seeing you but will definitely be stopping in at the Life Preserver for your breads.

February , 2022 I have been buying Lois’s breads once a week for more than 2 years and have tried them all. They are all excellent, but I especially like the German rye bread. For those concerned about carbs, Lois’s bread is high in fiber with natural whole grains. I would encourage anyone without gluten intolerance to give it a try.

( From Lois....I have several customers who have gluten issues and they are able to eat my breads. The wheat grain that I mill into flour is a chemical-free grain. It's never been touched with any pesticides, herbicides & other poisins. It proves the problems are not with the wheat itself, as well as other grains, but with the chemicals that are used on it.
February 13 , 2022This morning, I had a caramel roll and some whole wheat toast. Last night we had a piece of the cranberry bread. Our sons are coming by tonight and I will give them their share, and then tomorrow, bring a bunch to school. I forgot to tell you how amazingly delicious they were. Rebecca B Minneapolis, MN ( From Lois…On Saturday, Feb 12, Rebecca bought our discount breads and rolls which were left over from Friday sales. We do that on a regular basis but don’t always have leftovers. Bread is $3,00 and rolls are $1.00 on Sat.)
February , 14 2022I purchased a large supply of Lois's baked good to share with my teacher colleagues as a treat as we navigate a most difficult school year. There were lots of happy smiles and oohs and aahs in our break room this morning. "These are amazing!" Rebecca B. Minneapolis, MN
January 2022Many times I passed your sign & today I finally stopped. I bought a loaf of bread & a caramel roll. They are SO good. Like no bread I've ever tasted! I'll definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your gift & your faith in Jesus. Jodi, Nisswa, M January 29,2022Lois's bread is unmatched. We have driven hours from the Twin Cities to get her homemade caramel rolls and loaves of various breads. It's wholesome ingredients and whole grain textures tastes like nothing else on the market. It was what I craved most during two healthy pregnancies and what I miss when I am not in the area." Rebecca B, Minneapolis, MN June 2020I met Lois Mass at a farmers market about a year ago, and I became enamored with the homemade breads that she makes. It tastes amazing. I would say it just tastes like real, whole, not artificial. There’s nothing artificial about it, and the way that she does it. My No. 1 favorite bread Lois makes is the whole wheat bread followed closely by the cranberry walnut bread. Debra L. Brainerd, MN
